POWER OF DANCE

Each spring The Dance Collective performs dance outreach with Boys & Girls Clubs of Pitt County and hosts an end-of-session performance and awards session. Currently, 5 participants win year round dance scholarships to study with The Official School of The Dance Collective, The Greenville Civic Ballet.

WINTER WONDER BENEFIT

​​

Winter Wonder annual benefit performance benefactors include the East Carolina University Brody School of Medicine Kidney Disease and Transplant Programs, Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, Toys-For-Tots and Make-A-Wish Foundation.  Full length ballets in repertory include:  "Peter and the Wolf", "Cinderella", "Paquita", "Nutcracker Suite", "Gift of the Magi", "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid".

MASTER CLASS SERIES

Each season the ENCDF sponsors a series of Master Classes with the objective of exposing Dance Collective Company Members to a wide range of dance styles by leading Master Instructors in the industry.

SCHOLARSHIPS

​

​Each season, the ENCDF awards summer scholarships to Dance Collective company members based on ability and academic achievement. Scholarship recipients have gone on to study with Houston Ballet, Miami City Ballet and Carolina Ballet and to dance professionally with Boston Ballet.
